Silence is the most common result of early outreach, and the most misread. It doesn't tell you the idea is bad. It tells you nobody engaged with what you sent.
Message first
The message is the cheapest variable to change, so change it first. Use Switch back to copy it as a new draft, rewrite the ask and keep everything else the same.
Then the audience
If a new message also gets silence, the problem is probably who you're writing to. Change the audience, keep the message, and give it the same number of weeks.
Only then the idea
Changing the problem, the offer or the product comes last, because each of those resets everything you've learned so far.
